Cancellations and returns

• Orders may be cancelled before shipment. If the order has already shipped, please follow our returns process.
• We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unopened products, starting from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, contact [email protected].
• Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
• If your refund is approved, the payment will be refunded on the original payment type within 10 business days.
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect products

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos of the issue.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.

Non-refundable items

• We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
